Dr. Andres Garcia Zuniga M.D.,
Owner of Urgent Care on Del Mar
Dr. Andres Garcia Zuniga M.D. is an Internal Medicine specialist. He has been practicing in Laredo since 2010. In 2019, he expanded his practice and acquired the Urgent Care on Del Mar.
He is also the Lead Principle Investigator for Laguna Clinical Research Associates.

Ronald Meza,
Family Nurse Practitioner
Ronald Meza, MSN, AGACNP-BC has over 21 years of nursing experience and has been in the healthcare industry for 28 yrs. He obtained his Master's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and was credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (AANC) Board.
He has been practicing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for 4 yrs. Ron's areas of experience include critical care, internal medicine, pulmonology, and oncology. Ron looks forward to providing a positive healthcare experience for patients at Urgent Care on Del Mar.
Marco Vela,
Family Nurse Practitioner
Marco Vela has been with Urgent Care on Del Mar since it opened in 2019. He is a patient-pleaser, taking time to make each patient feel valued and cared for throughout every visit. Marco is regularly named in the clinic's 5-star reviews for his caring, compassion, and excellent clinical skills.
Marco graduated from Texas A&M as a Nurse Practitioner and has 15 years of nurse practitioner experience, and previous experience as a Registered Nurse. He has practiced in the local emergency rooms and critical care units, and brings that valuable insight into patient care at Urgent Care on Del Mar.
Leo "Trey" Garza,
Medical Assistant
Leo "Trey" Garza is an Urgent Care on Del Mar veteran. Out of high school, he interned with Milton Haber, M.D's primary practice as a medical assistant. He then took his skills to the urgent care setting and has been with Urgent Care on Del Mar since its opening.
He is also enrolled at TAMIU and pursuing a nursing career. Trey's smile, winning attitude, and clinical skills contribute to Urgent Care on Del Mar's stellar reviews.
